Our approach is to manage the whole project, tackling the majority of the work ourselves. If required, we will arrange another contractor for specified tasks, which will be done in a clear and transparent way to make your life easier.
We are happy to have design discussions and talk honestly about potential benefits and drawbacks to various ideas you are considering, before you make your decisions.
